Under no circumstance will we authorize a return due to faults of any UPS/USPS delivery delays, weather delays, International customs delays, customers not allowing enough time for when the item is needed (see shipping info), or any other circumstances that are beyond our personal control. In additon, there are no refunds or exchanges for a ny "unauthorized", "non-deliverable", "unclaimed" "refused delivery" or "return to sender" returns (domestic or international).

RETURN POLICY ON FOOTWEAR

Because our shoes and boots are custom hand-crafted "   just for you at time of purchase  ", we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than for manufacturer defects. Only "authorized" returns will be accepted for an exact replacement due to such manufacturer defects (no cash refunds). You must contact us first prior to returning, and you must provide us with a photo as proof of defect(s). Defective footwear must be returned within 14 days of receipt, and in the same new condition that they were shipped to you. Include the original packing (scuff bag, shoe box, etc). They must be unworn, clean and odor free (otherwise the replacement will not be authorized). Any and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable.  Please read our Karo's brand size chart carefully to make sure you select your correct size.

RETURN POLICY ON LINGERIE

Due to state and local health regulations and the "nature" of our garments, we cannot accept returns or exchanges...it's the law!  We will authorize "exact item" exchanges only if there is a manufacturer defect, or if the wrong size/color/item was accidentally shipped. Please inspect your garment carefully upon receipt. You must contact us for a "Return Authorization Number" (RMA#) and the return instructions. Item must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Any tags must still be attached to garment, include the original garment packing (bag, box, etc), and garment must be unworn, unwashed and odor free (trust us, we can tell). Any and all shipping fees are not refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and is not refundable. Please read our size chart carefully before placing your order.
