If the replacement item has already sold out and cannot be replaced: You may either put the item on backorder, or we will issue you store credit towards another item.

You must contact us within 3 business days of receiving the defected item to obtain return instructions.  We may request a photo as proof of defects before we can replace the item.  Items must be returned within 7 business days. Some lower cost items may not need to be returned for an exchange.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and is not refundable.

Manufacturing design changes occur from time to time.  Although we contract for the specific models, designs, etc., we have no control over minor variations (such as color, designs, etc.), and we reserve the right to fulfill orders with merchandise of equivalent value as received from our suppliers.

** Under no circumstance will we authorize a return due to faults of any UPS/USPS delivery delays, weather delays, International customs delays, customers not allowing enough time for when the item is needed (see shipping info), or any other circumstances that are beyond our personal control.
