Shipping Information for Footwear

International Shipping

All footwear is "special-ordered" at time of purchase and can take up to three weeks to ship (depending on style and shoemaker's workload). Busy holiday seasons (such as Christmas, etc) may take slightly longer to ship. The actual shipping delivery time depends on destination, the shipping service and your country's "Customs".  Keep in mind it can take anywhere from 10 to 20 business days for delivery (6-10 for optional express shipping). We only ship by USPS international standard or priority mail only (our choice and depending on weight). We will keep you informed of any known major shipping issues, and send you a shipping notice w/tracking number via Email once your order is shipped.

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

• We do not mark merchandise values below value, nor mark items as ‘gifts’ - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
